Shipping information for Outpost Market orders fulfilled from Florida.
Orders are prepared for shipment from Florida after payment is completed through Shopify checkout.
Most orders are packed within 2-4 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding postal holidays.
If an order needs extra time because of product availability, weather, carrier disruptions, or another fulfillment issue, we will contact you using the email address provided at checkout.
Outpost Market currently ships to addresses in the United States.
Standard shipping is currently $8.00. Orders of $40.00 or more qualify for free Standard shipping when the free-shipping discount applies in Shopify checkout.
Express shipping may be available for $15.00. Free-shipping offers do not apply to Express shipping unless checkout states otherwise.
The rates and delivery options shown in Shopify checkout are the final shipping options for an order.
Orders may ship through USPS, UPS, or another carrier selected through Shopify Shipping or by Outpost Market.
When tracking is available, Shopify sends tracking details to the email address used at checkout.
After a package is accepted by the carrier, transit times can be affected by weather, carrier volume, address issues, and other events outside our control.
If tracking shows a package was delivered but you cannot find it, please check the delivery area, mailbox, front desk, neighbors, or carrier notices first.
