By using the Outpost Market website, you agree to use the storefront lawfully and provide accurate information when placing an order.

Orders are placed through Shopify checkout and are subject to payment approval, product availability, shipping eligibility, and fraud review.
An order confirmation means we received the order. It does not guarantee fulfillment if there is a payment, inventory, pricing, address, product, or shipping issue.
If we cannot fulfill an order, we will contact you using the information provided at checkout and issue a refund when appropriate.
We aim to describe products, sizes, ingredients, roast notes, flavor notes, prices, and promotions accurately.
Packaging, availability, product details, and prices may change as the catalog is updated.
Customers with allergies, sensitivities, dietary restrictions, or ingredient questions should review product information carefully and contact us before ordering.
Promotions apply only when they appear in Shopify checkout and only to eligible products.
The Mix and match 3 for $20 offer applies only to eligible $8 products. Coffee products are not included in that offer.
Coffee offers, including 2 for $40 when available, apply only to eligible coffee products.
Free-product, sample, giveaway drawing, or market-perk offers are subject to availability, timing, selection, pickup or shipping details, and any instructions provided with that offer. Entering a drawing or joining a list does not guarantee a specific item.
Unless a specific drawing states otherwise, no purchase is necessary to enter or be selected, and making a purchase does not improve the chance of selection.
Free-shipping offers require a valid free-shipping code and apply only to the shipping methods and checkout conditions shown at checkout.
The Outpost Market name, product copy, photos, graphics, and website content may not be copied or reused without permission.
The website may link to third-party services such as Shopify checkout or payment providers. Those services may have their own terms and policies.
Outpost Market may update products, prices, policies, promotions, or website content at any time.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Outpost Market is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to use of the website or products.
